Booking & Policies
Do you offer multi-day booking?
Yes, we offer daily, monthly, and weekly rentals. The longer you book, the greater the discount.
How old do I have to be to rent it?
We require the person renting the trailer to be at least 25 years old.
Do you include any accessories with the trailers?
Yes! Each trailer is loaded with relevant accessories. For example, our car hauler trailers include a winch, vehicle tie-down straps, low-car-friendly ramp extensions, and more. All trailers also include a spare tire, bottle jack, and lug wrench in case of a blowout.
Do I need to dump the contents of the trailer before I return it?
Yes, it is your responsibility to dispose of the contents of the dump trailer prior to returning it to us. Extra charges will apply for mileage, labour and dump fees if we have to empty the trailer.
What are your rental requirements?
To rent a trailer from us, you only need three things: a valid driver's license, proof of insurance for the towing vehicle (or purchase ours), and credit card payment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the rental date for a full refund, minus a $20 processing fee. Between 24-48 hours before pickup: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours before pickup or no-show: no refund. Early returns: no refunds or credits for unused rental days.
Pickup, Delivery & Towing
Will my vehicle be able to tow the trailer?
Most modern 1/2 ton trucks are capable of towing around 10,000 pounds and all of our units are under that weight. You have to factor in the weight of your load aside from the weight of the trailer and confirm the towing capacity for your truck. We can help you figure out exactly what you can tow when booking.
What size hitch is needed?
You'll need a 2 5/16" hitch. You can rent one from us if needed.
Where are you located? How do I pick up & drop off?
Our trailers are stored at 300 Pleasant Valley Way, West Orange, NJ 07052. Depending on when you want to pick up the trailer, we can meet you there or provide the code to our lockbox for self-service pickup. You can pick up and return our trailers 24/7/365.
Can we deliver?
Yes, we offer trailer delivery/pickup within a 40 mile radius (NJ Only) for $2.50 per mile, round trip, if needed.
